Thank You!

Thank you for the comments! It really stinks when people you love get sick. Really sick. It forces you to think about mortatlity and family and such. smiling face you see in this post along with the 2 additional smiling faces are what keep me going. Without going into too much detail as I know they would not appreciate it, and my momat least pops in once in a while to peek at the kids. My father was just diagnosed with cancer. He beat cancer 25 years ago to beat all his odds. There is no plan at this point, just that he will live to see his grandkids grow up, graduate, and move on to have lives of thier own, just as he told Dr's he was going to do with me 1/4 of a century ago. And I have faith that he will! We are forever praying that mom will remain in resmission, and are currently awaiting (not very patiently I might add) her latest results. Stress would be nice to experience....I don't know what this is. One day at a time.
Kids and knitting are the best therapy.......with kids around who can stay in a funk???? My youngest 2 are constantly making me smile and bringing me out of my grey cloud mind setting, and my youngest is at a very frustrating stage and she force me to not have any strength left to think about anything other than how to not strangle her!!!!!! OH MY GOODNESS I CAN HARDY WAIT TILL SHE IS 16 ARGH!!!
Kntting is great therapy.... I started a very cute cabled hat with CASHMERE mix yarn.........it is complicated enough so that I lose myself init and small enough to be portable which the shawl is not so much anymore.
Well that is my life in a nutshell right now..........again thanks o those who read post and e-mail!!! I will post kntting pics sometime very soon the shawl just looks like a ball of yuck on the needles right now so it is not vey picturesque, and the hat is new and cute...just haven't taken pics yet.

I'm keeping you and your family in my prayers, and if you don't mind I can ask for prayers for you at church. I don't have to give names or details if you'd prefer (or I can)

I cannot imagine what you are going through. I will be sending good thoughts and healing energy your way, and you can direct it to your parents! Here's another virtual hug, and hugs for the kids, too. Such sweeties!

Your Secret Pal

Being neighbors would be cool. Someone to go yarn shopping with who actually understands and a knitting buddy. :)
